All passengers 18+ need to present government photo ID (passport or driver’s license). For international travel, passport is mandatory.
How much luggage am I allowed to take on my Umrah trip?
Air India: 40kg +7kg hand; Saudi Airlines: 30kg +7kg; SpiceJet: 30kg +7kg.
When do I need to be at the airport for my Umrah flight?
Domestic: check-in closes 60min before departure, arrive 2hrs early. International: check-in closes 75min before departure, arrive 3hrs early.
What should I pack in my carry bag?
Medicines, earphones, power bank, laptop, and essential items needed during the journey.
Can I obtain my boarding pass before the airport?
Yes, via web check-in available from 48 hours up to 60 minutes before flight.
Is travel insurance necessary?
Optional, but we provide health/travel insurance in our Umrah packages.
Can I book Umrah over the phone?
Yes, Umrah booking can be made via phone.
How do I make a booking for group Umrah?
All passengers must provide valid ID (passport, etc). Our team will guide for group booking and documents needed.
How do I know my Umrah booking is confirmed?
We provide a sealed receipt and confirmation once your visa & tickets are issued.
Who will be my group leader?
Experienced leaders with 7–8 years of experience will guide your trip.
I have a disability – can I join Umrah trip?
Yes, but consult with us for arrangements and procedures before travel.
Can we book triple or single rooms?
Triple rooms: available. Single rooms: available with extra charges.
What food is provided on Umrah trip?
Indian and Kashmiri food, weekly changing menus.
Can I go with children or senior citizens?
Yes, both children and senior citizens can perform Umrah comfortably.
What currency is used? Can I use credit cards?
Currency: Saudi Riyal. Cards are accepted widely, but carry some cash.
Which Ziyaraat can I visit?
Many ziyaraat in Makkah & Madinah can be visited; choices depend on itinerary.
Do I need vaccination before Umrah?
No mandatory vaccination except Covid-19 certificates may be required.
What are Visa requirements?
Valid passport, 4 photos (white background). Women need a Mahram.
Can women perform Umrah alone?
No. A Mahram (father, husband, son, brother) must accompany.
